Though we are not able to offer substitutions/changes being all made fresh each week, you will find a wide array to support everyone’s needs. From Vegetarian, Vegan, Nut Free, most Dairy Free and Free of Gluten. All supporting healthy macro approx 500 max calories, per balanced meals.
NOTE: FW Meals Pre-order 1 week notice, min 8 meals of your choice per order. Place your menu selection before Wed 11pm for Delivery The Following Week Thursday/Friday delivery route. You choose which items and When you Like to order them. NO Locked in Plans, Weekly option or place orders up to 1 month ahead if you like to preplan. We also offer a Pick Up option in Oakville and Burlington.
IMPT: Keep Refrigerated, typically meals hold wells 3-5 days in fridge (1-4 degrees) For hot meals simply reheat 1-2 minutes in Microwave. You can also Freeze up to 3 months and take out to thaw in the fridge as you need. (Except the fresh salads of course:))
