When we say fresh pork back ribs, we mean it. Sourced from hogs raised in Ontario, our pork back ribs are boned off the loins right here at The Butcher Shoppe, all by hand. Because we trim all of our ribs by hand, you get a lot more of the good stuff—these pork back ribs are packed with delicious protein.

This is smoked farmers sausage made the traditional way—by hand, using all-natural ingredients, and perfectly seasoned. We use fresh ground shoulder cuts of pork that are hand-twisted in natural hog casings by our in-house sausage makers. We then smoke our sausages in our on-site smokers using only real wood smoke. This time-tested process is what creates that smoky savory flavor that makes this item one of our best sellers.

What makes sweet Italian sausage sweet? Our proprietary blend of anise, fennel, and seasoning that we add to these housemade, hand-twisted, ground pork classics.
